About the organiser

H-FARM is a venture builder, creating innovation ecosystems.

It designs circles of impact to drive meaningful change and empower the new generations to lead with purpose—all fueled by AI.

It was founded in 2005 by Italian entrepreneur Riccardo Donadon with a generational purpose: to empower young minds, connecting people and ideas in ecosystems that spark ripple effects.

Its Campus, located near Venice, is the only one in Europe where startups, education, and consulting coexist.
