Step into the future of space and technology at the CASSINI Space Camp 2025, Latvia’s most exciting summer adventure for teens passionate about space, science and innovation! Set in the vibrant seaside city of Jūrmala, this 8-day residential camp will immerse participants in hands-on experiences with satellite data, space entrepreneurship, space careers and astronomy — all guided by top experts from Latvia’s space industry and beyond.

Space Camp in LATVIA!

The camp includes an 8-day residential program with full-board accommodation (meals and snacks), educational sessions led by space experts, hands-on workshops, excursions to Latvia’s top space-related institutions, recreational activities, evening programs, and a final event with presentations. Insurance coverage is also provided.

The camp takes place at Bulduri Technical College in Jūrmala, near the seaside, about 30 km from Riga and 25 km from the airport. It is easily accessible by car or public transport. The venue includes modern dormitories, classrooms, and outdoor spaces.

Participants will visit key space science locations, including:

  • The Space Knowledge Centre in Cēsis,
  • The Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Centre

The camp will be conducted entirely in English, as participants will come from different language backgrounds. A working knowledge of English is required, but the team is multilingual and ready to support participants if needed.

Yes, the CASSINI Space Camp is completely free for selected participants. However, spots are limited. Selection is based on a motivational letter and, if shortlisted, a brief interview to ensure motivation and readiness to participate
