Batch Meetup #6

CASSINI Business Accelerator | December 3, 2025

In November 2025, the sixth batch of the CASSINI Business Accelerator programme headed to Bremen for their Batch Meetup. All participating startups and the CASSINI Business Accelerator team came together to get to know each other in person, dive deeper into the programme outlook and milestones, collaborate through group sessions, and enjoy a variety of networking activities.

Speed Networking

The first day was all about building connections and gaining a deeper understanding of each participating company and their unique offerings. We kicked it off with a programme update, followed by individual introductions and (fun) facts to warm everyone up for the upcoming activities.

The speed networking, in its turn, helped the participants to get to know each other on a company level and provided an additional exercise for pitching their startups in a short period of time. On top of that, plenty of opportunities were given to participants to have one-on-one meetings with their lead coaches to discuss company goals and objectives, as well as plan collaboration for the upcoming months.

On the second day, the schedule placed greater emphasis on collaborative sessions, including a sales training and a mastermind exercise. A hands-on sales training challenged the teams with spontaneous scenarios to present their offerings, helping them sharpen their sales techniques and learn how to navigate unexpected situations. Peer feedback played a key role, giving every participant actionable insights to refine their approach.

Mastermind Exercise

The mastermind session created a safe and confidential environment where everyone could openly discuss current challenges they were facing, both professionally and personally, while exploring potential solutions together. The conversations once again identified a number of common obstacles and formed a reminder that one should not feel alone in facing these difficulties. By the end of the session, each group left with a reinforced sense of community, having shared valuable insights, exchanged experiences, and strengthened bonds with their peers.

After two days of get-to-know activities, hands-on exercises, and meaningful conversations, the Batch Meetup concluded with a discussion on key insights and fresh learnings, leaving participants motivated and ready to tackle the milestones ahead. Each startup left Bremen not only with refined strategies and practical takeaways from the programme’s activities but also with a strengthened network of peers, coaches, and collaborators. The connections formed and knowledge shared during the event provided a solid foundation for both the remainder of the acceleration journey and future entrepreneurial endeavors of this cohort.
