Batch Meetup #7
CASSINI Business Accelerator
|
June 30, 2026

Vilnius welcomed the seventh batch of the CASSINI Business Accelerator programme in June 2026 for a sunny Batch Meetup. Startups from across the cohort joined the organising team and their Lead Coaches to connect, align on key programme goals and milestones, and dive into a series of interactive workshops. Beyond the sessions, the meetup created space for founders to step away from the day-to-day demands of building their businesses, share experiences with fellow entrepreneurs, and gain new perspectives from coaches and peers. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, spark alternative ideas, and lay the foundations for a successful acceleration journey.
Breaking the ice and laying the groundwork for strong collaboration was the main focus of Day 1. After a programme update and a look ahead at the coming months, each startup took the stage to share who they are, what they’re building, and where they hope the accelerator will take them.
The get-to-know-me part revealed another side of the cohort: this batch brought together an impressive range of creative talents, with some founders being professional dancers, while others were singers or DJs outside of their startup roles. These hidden talents added an extra layer of energy and personality to the gathering, making the event especially memorable and reinforcing the idea that successful entrepreneurs often bring diverse passions and perspectives to their work.
A lively speed-dating session invited participants to get out of their comfort zones, exchange ideas, and explore potential areas for collaboration. This momentum carried into a hands-on sales training, where startups were challenged with spontaneous pitching scenarios that pushed them to present their solutions on the fly.
Peer-to-peer feedback was a central part of the session, giving each participant practical insights to strengthen their messaging and improve their use of body language. On top of this, the exercise helped teams sharpen their pitching skills and build confidence in dealing with potential customers in complex situations.
Day 2 centred on further practical learning and deeper in-person conversations among the participants. Through the mastermind session, founders explored common challenges, not only on a professional but also personal level. The exercise fostered founders to share their side of the story and provided an ideal platform to identify solutions to current pain points. These discussions encouraged participants to leverage the diverse expertise within the dedicated groups, and facilitated honest conversations around company growth and scaling while trying to maintain a healthy balance with one’s personal life. The exchanges highlighted the distinct strengths of each individual, and at the same time revealed the common ground in how founders across different sectors, geographies, and age groups approach work-life complexities. Lastly, ample time was dedicated to one-on-one meetings between startups and their lead coaches, allowing them to reflect on strategic priorities, refine key objectives, and shape their plans for the months ahead.
We wrapped up our gathering with a joint reflection on the most important learnings from both days and the priorities set for the journey ahead. We hope that the programme participants enjoyed the meetup and feel as excited as we are about the months to come.
