In the early days of June 2025, the fifth cohort of the CASSINI Business Accelerator programme came together in the coastal city of Malmö for a two-day Batch Meetup. Throughout the event, all participating companies and the CASSINI Business Accelerator team convened to get to know one another in person, take part in plenary sessions, team exercises and several networking activities.
Day 1 opened by shedding more light on the programme’s roadmap, followed by individual startup introductions and fun facts that broke the ice and raised a smile. The sales session provided the companies with impromptu pitch scenarios to test their sales skills and teach them how to deal with unexpected situations. An important part of this involved peer feedback, furnishing every team member with actionable pointers for future improvements. On top of that, the event was an ideal opportunity for the participants to meet their lead coaches face-to-face and to discuss company goals and collaboration throughout their six-month acceleration journey.
The second day carved out more time for networking and group sessions, such as a mastermind exercise. This activity offered a safe space for all participants to share their current challenges and exchange possible solutions. The discussion revealed common pain points - proof that entrepreneurial hurdles are rarely faced alone - and showcased the value of knowledge sharing among peers.
Following the two packed and exciting days, the Batch Meetup culminated in key insights and new learnings, energising everyone for the milestones ahead. Every participant departed Malmö not only with sharper strategies, but also with a richer network of allies for the upcoming batch and beyond!
